1.When all rooms (i.e. 3rd floor of studio apartments) will be cleaned?
Rooms will be cleaned completely in a day or two. In case there is any other issue related to the hostel rooms, you may lodge your complaint with the guard sitting there, that will be taken care of. Yes, pod buildings are under construction but your classrooms are totally safe and these buildings have been functional for about one year as of now, so you need not worry about that. Be sure not to go towards the jungle region, you may roam around inside of the campus though.

2.How to freeze your choice?
Go to rc with provisional allotment letter of 6th round and annexure 10.to be safe take id proof and admit card of JEE 
advanced also.

3.What we need to bring from our home also books if any?
General stuff...Books are not required as such.

4.As the schedule of JOSSA has been changed will there be any change in the date of orientation ?
Notice will be put up on the official site if such a thing happens

5.what will be the mode of fee payment on 24 July?
Demand draft, online , challan.

7.I want know when I have to report at IIT Indore for Admission?

The orientation process was on 24th in 2017, so you have to come here before 24th, preferably 23rd. Meanwhile, keep visiting the website of IIT Indore or post your queries here regarding stuffs like How to reach college campus from railway station or airport.

8.I want to know about fees structure and all expenditure.my family income is less than 1 lakh so can I apply for merit cum means scholarship and if scholarship gets approved then how much total expenditure I can expect semester wise?

According to last year's fee structure 1st semester fee was 1,28,650 rupees and 2nd semester fee was 1,13,550 .tuition fees of 1 lac may be waived for detailed information visit official website of IIT Indore.

 there will be no accommodation provided by the institute for parents. You can search Hotel in bhanwarkuan, limbodi area. Institute have transport facilty from there.There are many hotels on indore khandwa Road.Also guest rooms are available.

11.When will the orientation session be conducted in IIT Indore? And for how many days it is?

It'll just be a day long (full of speeches about rules-regulations, safety, anti-ragging, library, mess etc😅abo)and yeah, there will be registration program for which the schedule & checklist will be out..
